Book an Appointment
Please ensure you select the appropriate appointment type to suit your needs. Appointment times are allocated based on the appointment type, so selecting the incorrect type may mean you will need to reschedule for a later date.
You can select your appoinement type in the side bar, at the box icon.
Appointment Types include:
Pick Up - This appointment type is appropriate for members who are ready to collect their items and are already at MOQ. This time slot does not allow for shopping.
In Store Shopping - This appointment allows for private access to our warehouse for in-person shopping for up to 1.5hrs. If you think that you may require more time, please contact us at the time of booking.
DM Appointment - This appointment type is a virtual 1:1 private shopping experience designed for members who are not able to make it in store. This appointment allocates 30mins for our staff to privately DM you photos, videos, prices and information on items in our warehouse.
